Are you a compliance expert with a passion for maintaining the highest standards in data security and quality systems? Do you thrive in a regulated software environment and have a knack for improving policies and procedures? If so, we want you on our team

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain, and implement HIPAA, SOC2, and GDPR compliance efforts within Vanta software.
  • Manage and maintain FDA 21 CFR 820 / ISO 13485 quality system within Qualio eQMS software.
  • Engage with company management to ensure teams are adhering to company compliance policies.
  • Continuously work with company management to implement and improve policies and procedures pertaining to compliance.
  • Create, edit, and provide feedback on procedures and policies pertaining to compliance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a compliance or quality systems role, ideally with HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, FDA 21 CFR 820, or ISO 13485 experience.
  • Exceptional English written language skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience working in a regulated software environment.
  • Familiarity with software development processes.

Work set-up: Office-based (Eastwood office)
Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 11PM - 8AM
