Lead, Vendor Management for Merchant Business

  • Responsible for growing revenue, sales, market share and productivity of accredited Merchant Service Providers/Third Party and Independent Sales Organizations/Aggregators.
  • Conducts regular review of the performance/productivity and vendor evaluation of the Merchant Service Providers/Third Party and Independent Sales Organizations/Aggregators and maintain profitability.
  • Leads the preparations and implementation of new businesses and projects under Merchant Service Providers/Third Party and Independent Sales Organizations/Aggregators.
  • Leads the expansion of products offered via Merchant Service Providers/Third Party and Independent Sales Organizations/Aggregators (e.g. QR Pay, Ecommerce).

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in business or management track
  • At least 5 years of experience in vendor/partner management within the banking, financial, fintech or telecommunications industry
  • Experience in merchant acquiring and sales is an advantage
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Able to demonstrate entrepreneurial penchant and problem solving skills
