Our Assistant Manager, E-Commerce for Marketplaces is responsible for executing key strategies and tactical initiatives ensuring that all sites are promoting the same Watsons online store experience across shoppers. The position also manages the day-to-day operations of assigned E-store(s) safeguarding optimal site performance with zero downtime. The position aims to help drive traffic, conversion, sales, profitability, and market share.

Role focuses on

  • Working with Trading and cross functional teams to plan and execute EC sales development strategy to achieve KPI targets
  • Conducting promotional planning and execution of O+O and online exclusive campaigns and events
  • Benchmarking and checking of marketplace competitor store activities
  • Co-managing the online customer experience in the assigned E-store account including cross border, focusing on traffic, conversion and sales
  • Utilizing all digital assets including social, APP, websites to connect the total user journey and experience and driving KPIs
  • Working with Marketing and CRM teams on e-shopper management to drive e-shopper and multichannel members active rates, frequency, spend etc.
  • Working with Trading and Ecommerce Content teams in implementing and managing E-Store product assortments
  • Regularly generating insights and forecast sales from new products and promotions, market and online trends, platform behavior and E-store sales data
