Your responsibilities
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments/meetings
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing calls
  • Receiving and assisting visitors
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondences
  • Managing files and assisting in the preparation of documents/presentation materials
  • Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time
