The Strategic Planner supports the corporate planning department in developing and executing strategic plans of the hospital. He/She shall be responsible for ensuring Division OPLANS are aligned with the strategic plans of the hospital. He/She will contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and assist in monitoring their implementation. He/She will also support budget management efforts, cost optimization initiatives, and financial performance tracking. He/she will collaborate with the corporate planning team and stakeholders, providing support in various planning activities and ensuring effective communication.

KEY FUNCTIONS

  • Ensure OPLANS are aligned with the strategic plans and initiatives of the hospital.
  • Lead and facilitate strategic planning sessions for various business units, ensuring active participation and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Leads execution of prioritized initiatives through program management.
  • Serve as strategic business partner to aid program management and strategic alignment.
  • Define metrics for the organization and monitors monthly KPIs to track performance versus commitment.
  • Performs monthly performance review of the financial results of the various operating units.
  • Provides technical direction and input on all plans, budget/resource utilization and programs for efficient and effective implementation
  • Creates simple yet applicable strategies (individual and team) that will help make significant improvements in services or system and thus customer satisfaction. Collaborates with the team or other groups/areas for the effective implementation of strategies and performance improvements.
  • Prepares regular reports, data, analysis and other required documents/reports and gives feedback, critical information and updates.
  • Provides communication and stakeholder management

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS Business Management or any related course; Preferably with Master's Degree
  • At least three years managerial work experience in related field
  • Willing to work onsite and in Bonifacio Global City
