Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Chief of Staff to join our global HR team. The HR Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief People Officer (CPO) and senior HR leadership in strategic planning, project management, and executive-level communication. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills, advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner closely with the CPO and senior HR leadership to drive strategic initiatives and projects that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CPO, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions on key HR and business-related matters.
  3. Lead and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives within the HR function, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, and track progress against goals and objectives.
  5. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders, leveraging advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  6. Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and workshops led by the CPO, including managing logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
  7. Serve as a liaison between the HR leadership team and global agencies, external partners, and vendors, facilitating communication and collaboration on joint initiatives.
  8. Act as a point of contact for high-level client-facing interactions with leaders and stakeholders, representing the HR function with professionalism and credibility.
  9. Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and benchmark data to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  10. Support the CPO in preparing for and facilitating executive-level meetings, including drafting agendas, compiling materials, and coordinating follow-up actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, project management, or related roles, with a strong track record of success in supporting senior executives and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets, data analysis, and compelling presentations for executive audiences.
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage timelines and deliverables, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results with minimal supervision, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience working with global teams, agencies, and external partners is highly desirable.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and interactions with senior executives and stakeholders.
