About Stranger Soccer

Stranger Soccer ) is a Singapore-based sports tech start-up
incorporated in 2017 and experiencing explosive growth. In a few short years,
after launching a revolutionary platform and Mobile App for on-demand football,
the company has amassed over 50,000 registered users playing hundreds of games
a week. It has solved the problem that football is the world's #1 sport, but is
difficult for an individual to play. Stranger Soccer makes it as easy as going
to the gym or for a jog.

Browse. Book a slot. Show up and play. Today, it is
the #1 way people play football and futsal in Singapore, and is now expanding
internationally, with locations in Australia, India, USA, South Africa.

Role

Calling all awesome, football interested people We
are looking for an outstanding, charismatic, and experienced person to join our
fast-growing company as Chief Host. He or she will oversee 25+ part time
Official Hosts in Singapore, splitting time as follows:

Recruitment & Onboarding (25%) Maintain an adequate roster of outstanding
Official Hosts to meet the demand of the games. Ensure a strong pipeline of
applicants, interview applicants, train and onboarding new Official Hosts.

Scheduling (25%) Schedule and assign Official Hosts to games on a
weekly basis. Fill any last minute gaps.

Host Management (25%) - Manage the performance and discipline of the
team of 25+ Official Hosts. React swiftly as needed, including warnings and
expulsions for poor hosts. Deliver feedback and additional coaching or training
as needed.

Game Logistics & Other (25%) Ensure that there is well-maintained and neatly
stored equipment at each venue and among the team of Official Hosts. Perform
other ad hoc duties as required, including but not limited to supporting
Stranger Soccer licensees in other cities with Hosting matters, and taking on
1-2 Inventory & Revenue shifts each week.

Requirements

5+ years relevant experience.

Customer Service Backgroundideally hospitality
relatedwith a charismatic, fun personality

Maturity and/or experience supervising others and
holding them accountable.

Experience in recruiting, training, and onboarding
staff.

Strong attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal English communication
skills.

Strong interest in football (great passion a plus)

Basic MS office skills.

Other Details

Position will be virtual (e.g. based in Philippines)
with occasional travel to Singapore.
