Job Description

As a Chief of Staff, you will be tasked to do the following responsibilities:

  • Familiarise yourself with the overall strategies and ways on how to commercialise products, product strategy, and GTM in order to deeply support leaders to disassemble project tasks, prioritise, and add value to the broader leadership team.
  • Be a forerunner in leading and managing strategic projects for the organisation. You will also participate in designing and implementing business operation management processes and provide support for the overall implementation of business strategy.
  • Establish a clear and efficient communication mechanism with different partners and stakeholders globally.
  • Coordinate projects across systems and departments as well as organise and manage review meetings and town halls to drive and improve overall synergy.
  • Work with different teams such as Product and GTM to provide analytical thinking and leadership support for product go-to market strategy and operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with around 8+ years of experience in strategy and operations, project, and or program management and working across global teams.
  • Experience in leading a strategy/PMO function in a globally fast growing business, have strong management skills and change management skills, leading cross-functional virtual and in-person teams across multiple departments, and guiding task decomposition and implementation.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented, with interest and proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and multi-functional environment, and manage a high-volume workload efficiently.
