Maintenance Planning Specialist. (Primavera user)

The ORE and Maintenance Planning Specialist shall have the following job description and responsibilities:

● Leads the timely, safe, environmental-friendly and cost-effective planning, scheduling, and procurement of Preventive Maintenance Shutdowns (PMS or Turnarounds), shutdowns, and other maintenance outages works of all mechanical and electrical equipment and associated instrumentation and control system in the assigned Facilities that are under the scope of Central Maintenance Group (CMG).

● Handles the overall consolidation, coordination, and procurement process of outsourced resources, logistical supports, and any additional/discovered work requirements of CMG and Facility Maintenance in preparations for and during the conduct of PMS, shutdowns, and other maintenance outages in the assigned Facilities.

● Supports the fleetwide strategic contracting and monitors the contract execution of CMG activities related to cost of equipment repair or purchases, PMS, shutdowns, and other maintenance outages in the Facilities assigned, with the objective of attaining the most cost effective maintenance and ensuring Contractor compliance with the contract terms;

● Processes and provides technical support for Enterprise Asset Management - Computerized Management System (EAM-CMMS)) related transactions and enhancements pertaining to all CMG maintenance works for the Facilities assigned, in order to ensure that job plan services,

● Processes close out of contracts/POs, GR/accruals of expenses, and forecast of budgets related to CMG Maintenance Works in the Facilities assigned to ensure expenses are captured and reported in accordance with the Company commercial/financial reporting guidelines.

● Facilitate and ensures significant findings and recommendations are captured and execution performance are assessed against objectives and targets during the conduct of post PMS/Shutdown/Outage meetings and discussions in the Facility assigned as set and approved by Higher Management;

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Professional License: Licensed Engineer or BS Engineering graduate , Professional Mechanical Engineer or Professional Electrical Engineer: with at least 10 years in geothermal power plant / steam field operations ; or 10 years equivalent experience in the power industry ; with supervisory experience
Work specific experience: Major Turnaround Management of a Vertically Integrated Geothermal Facility Operations, and Expose to Geothermal Critical OEM Equipment; Experienced in power plant operations and maintenance; Experience in geothermal power plant will be an advantage;
Knowledge: Strong knowledge on SAP-EAM and knowledge on Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, and Turnaround management; Computer and email literate; Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must; Knowledge in SAP and CMMS preferred; Able to do presentation to multiple audiences
Must be a Primvera user for a minimum of 3 years
