Our Consumer Lending Team is seeking experienced professionals to join us at our head office in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as Team Head, Admin & MIS.

The Team Head, Admin & MIS focuses on overseeing the Management Information System (MIS) needed by department heads in Unsecured Credit Underwriting to monitor performance and productivity. This role involves supervising document imaging and storage of credit card and personal loan applications, as well as handling audit and complaint requests.

What the role will involve

  • This role demands meticulous attention due to the diverse tasks it oversees. Therefore, all activities should be supported by updated MIS reports for effective monitoring.
  • As the designated contact for card customer service issues, the incumbent must have current knowledge of credit processes.
  • Leading administrative and support functions involves significant manual work. The Team Head should proactively seek opportunities to streamline processes and empower staff with new skills for career advancement.
  • Due to frequent ad hoc MIS report requests, the jobholder must grasp the data requirements promptly to deliver accurate reports in a timely manner.
  • Additional responsibilities include automation projects and audit responsibilities on top of day-to-day tasks. The Team Head must lead the team to excel beyond their usual responsibilities.

What we're seeking

  • College degree, preferably in a business-related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in bank credit operations.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience.
  • Proficiency in MIS generation with a strong Excel background.
  • Capability to work autonomously and exhibit creativity in problem-solving.
