Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelors Degree
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Telco and IT sales
  • Highly personable, confident, aggressive, sales driven and customer oriented
  • Minimum 3 years proven management experience in a BPO contact center environment
  • Should possess exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts, highly organized and able to coordinate well with team members
  • Good communications skills and IT fluency is an advantage
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi task
  • Must be willing to work onsite a shifting schedule at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
