Did you know that more than one billion people in South and East Asia have insufficient financial data history? For many, this makes it difficult to secure loans and other services, because they don't have traditional financial records like credit scores.

Jeff is a data-driven financial marketplace that connects people with most suitable financial products via using alternative data. Our goal is to unlock financial services for the underbanked across the emerging markets in Southeast Asia - and eventually globally.

Launched in 2020, Jeff has quickly grown into a 35+ people team across 7 countries. To date, we have attracted $5 Million in funding from business angels and prominent Venture Capital funds, expanding into 4 markets & aiming to enter 2 more in the nearest future.

More than 5 million people have been serviced and more than 50M products have been compared. While doing so, the company has achieved profitability & is approaching the $10 Million Annual revenue mark - and we are just getting started

As we enter the next phase in our journey, we are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to take us from a reputable category leader in consumer finance to top of the mind for all finance services.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Providing strategic leadership, with a whole-of-business perspective, proactive approach to growing our business, and a consistently positive and growth-oriented mindset
  • Fly high-fly low: craft a clear, compelling vision and strategy to founders and investors AND connect that with outstanding delivery
  • Proactively evaluate and identify opportunities for incremental growth. Act with curiosity. i.e. New approaches, products, services, and TAM expansion opportunities that drive business strategy. Be a change ambassador throughout the organization.
  • Building and leading the Growth team as we expand the range of products and scale our business
  • Driving and monitoring the growth performance
  • Helping our Growth team negotiate key partnerships and and drive offline and direct sales
  • Establish and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track success
  • Develop a winning acquisition strategy across paid channels through experimentation
  • Stay at the forefront of AdTech and measurement methods
  • Close cooperation/involvement with product lead growth, including work with teams and people building towards non-transactional features that drive retention. This may include, but won't be limited to user-facing credit report/credit score; user education; loyalty program; content and value-centricity overall; calculators; curated content on a personal level

At minimum, you have:
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience with concrete, consistent results
  • Background in marketplace and/or fintech industry
  • Huge plus if you have experience in southeast asia market
  • Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics
  • A proven track record in scaling brands by double-digits; robust playbook of available optimization and growth levers
  • Tactical experience working with specific digital and offline channels preferred (i.e.Mobile App marketing, Social, content & influencer marketing, SEO, Brand marketing & refinement)
  • Extremely analytical and data-driven marketer who can manage various initiatives to drive order rates and customer value
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously, structure and prioritize adequately for you and your team to maximize business impact in a fast-paced, highly agile, and consumer-oriented environment
