Position Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will be a pivotal member of our sales team, responsible for driving sales towards revenue growth. You will lead a team of dedicated sales professionals, develop strategic sales plans, foster client relationships, and play a key role in achieving our company's sales objectives within the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for B2B Investor Relations (IR), focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.

· Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales team, setting goals and sales forecast for the team.

· Client Acquisition: Identify high-value prospects in IR, nurturing client's relationships and ensuring consistency from lead generation to after sales services.

· Reporting: Compiling and analyzing sales data, maintain productivity report.

· Team Evaluation: Regular individual and team performance assessment against targets and implementing improvement plans.

· Collaboration- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of new initiatives, updates, or processes.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 8+ years of experience in leading sales and customer service teams in the B2B SaaS sector.

· Proven B2B sales track record.

· Ready to travel as required.

· Exceptional motivational skills with a demonstrated ability to nurture leadership.

· Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools preferably HubSpot

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and various operating systems

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Willingness to work varying schedules, including shifts, as required.

· Experience in analyzing data, performance, and sales trends to develop strategic sales strategies to clients/ specific market

· Experience in building and expanding the sales team

· Experience in developing and retaining great employees

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
