About the Role:
Burket is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee and drive our sales operations in the Visayas and Mindanao regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets to ensure the company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence in the assigned regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and sales activity reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Visayas and Mindanao regions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php40, Php80,000.00 per month
