Our client is managing a prestigious 5-star hotel in Kuala Lumpur where luxury meets excellence With over 300 luxurious rooms and multiple F&B outlets, we're seeking a dynamic individual with proven revenue management expertise and a strong sales background in the hotel industry.

Position: Revenue and Sales Director

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective revenue strategies to enhance the hotel's performance.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Foster relationships with corporate clients and high-end travellers.
  • Manage and monitor sales and marketing operations performance.

Qualifications:

  • Current revenue management experience and a solid sales background within hotels.
  • Relevant Southeast Asian experiences, particularly in luxury hotels.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
