We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing orders and ensuring smooth post-sales processes. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow with the company and eventually lead a team of your own.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor order workflow using provided spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with project managers to schedule and, when necessary, reschedule activations, updating Spreadsheets accordingly.
  • Ensure timely progression of signed orders towards activation and billing of services sold.
  • Proactively communicate with other Team members to gather information on order workflow status, particularly regarding locations requiring construction.
  • Engage with carriers to obtain updates on order workflow status, updating Spreadsheets accordingly.
  • Keep a close watch on locations requiring construction, seeking to improve estimated completion dates by engaging carriers regularly.
  • Participate in weekly training seminars to stay informed about the latest products and services in the technology field.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in order management is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), with expertise in voice and data entry.
  • Preferred previous experience in the telecommunication accounts is preferred.
