Job Description

The Order to Cash Associate is responsible for:

  • Overall Billing & Collections
  • Analyzing all billing procedures, collecting receivables
  • Review invoices to ensure billing accuracy
  • Ensuring projects are correctly billed
  • Reconciling invoices with balance sheet reports
  • Client management and resolve issues
  • Maintaining updated record of Accounts Receivable
  • Timely resolution of disputed items
  • Reconciliation of accounts and portfolio maintenance
The Successful Applicant

The successful Order to Cash Associate is:

  • BS in Accountancy
  • CPA is a plus
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience working in multi-national companies
  • Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage
  • Credit Risk Assessment background is a plus
  • Accustomed to shared service environment

PHP50,000 - PHP70,000 per month (PHP600,000 - PHP840,000 per year)

PHP150,000 - PHP250,000 per month (PHP1,800,000 - PHP3,000,000 per year)

PHP350,000 - PHP360,000 per month (PHP4,200,000 - PHP4,320,000 per year)
