The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) is the primary agency in the Philippines responsible for the collection of internal revenue taxes, enforcing tax laws, and ensuring that taxpayers comply with their tax obligations. It is a vital agency critical to the country's economic growth and development.

Your responsibilities
  • Identify areas for development /enhancement of the guidelines on food-related programs.
  • Prepare food plan/cycle menu to be used in the daycare centers and SNP areas;
  • Review/validate reports/practices and demonstrate strategies to LGUs in the management of food nutritional needs in the daycare centers and SNP areas.
  • Respond to queries and endorse/ refer requests to appropriate agencies;
  • Review and evaluate program/project proposals and report on food-related projects.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and provide technical assistance to the LGUs regarding the Supplementary Feeding Program on nutritional status, management of funds, and compliance with the directives of the Secretary;
  • Track physical and financial reports from LGUs and partners.
  • Conduct in-house program audit to identify problems, objectives, and standards based on implementing guidelines;
  • Prepare and submit required report on food-related programs/projects; and
  • Represent the unit in any inter-office or inter-agency meeting when the focal person is not available.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.
