  • Ensures collaboration and coordination with both internal and external customers that would help in fulfilling deliverables.
  • Addresses issues and concerns within scope.
  • Administrative Compliance
  • Timely submission of reports.
  • Adheres to SOPs of the engagement.
  • Strictly observes and follows processes and policies.
  • Account Monitoring
  • Monitors completion of payment
  • Follow ups SOAs of billing

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and Google Sheets, Docs & Slides.
  • Proactive, results driven and high attention to details.
  • With Background in Finance Billing
  • Onsite Reporting 5 days a week either WCC or GTP
  • College Graduate
  • Preferably with experience in Site Acquisition (or equivalent), Accounting, Telco industry, Project
  • Management, Contracts Management, Vendor Management, and Client Management.
  • Knowledgeable on MS Office (particularly Excel), Google Sheets, Docs & Slides.
  • Fast learner, capable to work with minimal supervision, proactive, high attention to details, ability to multitask, time management and organization skills, prioritization skills, and with good interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Willing to work onsite (5x/week in the office), and willing to work beyond working hours or as needed.

OUR DETAILED SERVICES INCLUDE:

Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.

Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).

Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
