RESPONSIBILITIES:


Create, review, and analyze new contractsReview and analyze existing contracts and make appropriate revisions, as neededSend and interpret contractsCoordinate with different clients, divisions, legal counsel, and partners for contract concernsConducts investigations, compiles evidence, and creation of narratives and pleadings.

Assist independent contractors, clients, business partners, and other affiliates in all contracts and contracts-related queries and requests
