  • Processing inbound and outbound transactions of the client.
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  • Updating ORCA's internal databases with information about daily transactions, technical issues, and useful discussions with customers
  • Acknowledging, monitoring, and investigating customer complaints via email and Viber messages sent by clients and providing resolution to 100% of the cases under her level.
  • Familiarizing new client needs and requirement that may require workarounds in the services ORCA provides.
  • The role should be a college graduate. Preferred to have a degree on logistics or supply chain management.
  • With one to two years of experience in order processing or as a customer support staff in a warehouse environment.
