Work Hours:
- Manila Time: 9am-6pm / 10am-7pm
- Minimum Productive Time: 5 hours/day

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate applications within our system and external apps
  • Edit and publish the website
  • Identify and use apps for operational needs
  • Email setup, troubleshooting
  • Manage company IT assets
  • Serve as webmaster for the website
  • Communicate with departments and clients about server needs
  • Supervise communication with managed services
  • Provide monthly reports to supervisor
  • Server maintenance, updates, and backup
  • Required: decent internet and electricity connection, functioning workstation with headset, camera, laptop

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of Cpanel/WHM
  • Knowledge of Domain DNS
  • Experience with Outlook/Thunderbird
  • Knowledge of SSH
  • Basic to intermediate WordPress troubleshooting
  • Experience with Zoho apps preferred
  • Quick learner of new platforms
