The position will ensure systems and products are maintained, monitored and supported in line with business requirements. The position will deliver value and high levels of customer satisfaction, whilst building strong business, partner and technology relationships.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact to the Business Systems teamProvide support for Systems incidents and challenges escalated from the T-Brewery NetworkCo-ordination of application upgrades and minor works activities with external vendors and internal teams.System implementation and configuration for various business applicationsWork closely with IT stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver on outcomes.Assist with continual system & process improvementsWorking with the application vendors to ensure they deliver according to agreed SLA's.Co-ordination and resolution of technical issues as identified analysts.Escalate and triage with vendor(s) where necessaryWork closely with other members of the team to deliver IT / Business Systems projects and business deliveries. Technical Skills:Previous experience with POS and QSR management systems (Redcat desirable)Strong knowledge of business application support and management in a dynamic environmentUnderstanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems, including basic network supportExperience with providing remote supportExcellent business communication skills with internal stakeholders and external vendorsExcellent customer service focus.
