Job Description

  • To support business development efforts during pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales support by:
    • Providing technical expertise to BD team and during client engagements
    • Designing and presenting ecommerce solutions for clients and partners
    • Conducting internal and external training
  • To review and coordinate the enhancement of partner solutions, also ensuring that relevant technical documentation and materials are up-to-date
  • To work with other teams within the company for multi-country solutions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should ideally have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in payments, retail or IT solutions vendors
  • Project management experience is required
  • Extensive pre-sales / post –sales or consulting experience. At least 1 year of experience in customer support for payment gateway or call center is a plus
  • Technical and application support expertise is a plus
  • API-based programming skills and knowledge in Rest API, PHP, .Net; basic understanding of AWS; experience in iFrame and shopping cart plugins; experience in Kibana / Jira / Zendesk are advantages
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Dedication and commitment to problem resolution
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end payment processes
  • Excellent client-facing, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in multicultural organization is an advantage
  • Good command of English and Filipino
