Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (CST)

Client Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Bookkeeper to maintain and update financial records, process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, prepare financial reports, assist with payroll processing, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in bookkeeping and a certification in QuickBooks Online. You should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Your strong attention to detail and accuracy will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Prepare financial reports.
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
