Foreclosure Manager - Property Operations

· Assist the Department Head in the development of plans, programs, and procedures in the efficient

administration of POD - LGU affairs

· Knows how to process land/ property transfers is a MUST

· Recommend and implement proper and effective measures to simplify and/or improve work

methods in administration of properties

· Coordinate and maintain good working relationships with various stakeholders for regular

processing and resolution of remedial issues, if any

· Assist the Department Head in identifying infrastructure gaps (e.g. process, capacity, organizations,

physical resources, PPG, etc.), problem areas, and recommend measures to improve existing

operational procedures

· Set monthly targets and devise/implement action plans to address backlog issues, if any

· POD-LGU activities and personnel on a daily basis

· Ensure prompt delivery of POD-LGU services and responses to internal and external customers

· Prepare correspondence in response to customer concerns

· Provide inputs in the creation of business rules for automation relating to POD-LGU workflow

· Prepare / review monthly reports (e.g. KRA, CAPERR, Daily Production, PER, etc.)

· Ensure that POD-LGU databases are updated and accurate

· Ensure proper training of new hires in compliance with the job integration program

· Attend meetings and other official gatherings

TASKS:

· Review and provide inputs to other Departments/Units in relation to activities/outputs of POD-

LGU

· Review documents and other outputs of Foreclosure and Documentation Specialists for quality

control

· Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, as may be necessary or required

· Develop action plans to expedite release of TDs, payment of RPTs and procurement of certified

true copies of documents

· Assist the Department Head in the implementation and monitoring of service level agreements

with internal and external customers/stakeholders/vendors

· Ensure accurate and regular database updates within the allotted turnaround time

· Ensure compliance with established procedures, systems, and standards within the Department

· Assist the Department Head in the preparation of Policies, Guidelines and Procedures (PGPs)

concerning the Unit's functions and responsibilities

· Respond timely to queries from other units/departments/customers

· Perform other job related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
