  • Represents the company in all dealing with the clients. This includes meeting or phone conversations for inquiries regarding the unit purchase, unit modifications, upgrades and changes, complaints, and other communication with regard to the company.
  • Customer Management- Understand the customer's requirements and operating cadence, key milestones and business objective and deliver within those guidelines
  • Project Management- Determine critical inputs required to support the customer's business objectives and monitor each to ensure the client's satisfaction
  • Issue exploration- As anomalies appear, research and understand what may have caused the anomaly and proactively drive to a conclusion, supported by other subject matter experts
  • Documentation- Primary owner for documenting, updating and maintaining all customer records as the customer's requirements change and our process evolve.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing improved processes and operational policies
  • Recommend changes to services to fulfill customer needs
  • Total involvement with training, communication and development of all Customer Service personnel
  • Review and manage Customer Service assignments and offer preliminary guidance as needed to properly prepare the Customer Service Staff
  • Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department
  • Monitor, maintain and enforce all budgets
  • Review and approve all warranty department invoices
  • Work closely with construction department to ensure smooth property transfers from a sales administration standpoint
  • Make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assess and resolve issues with strong attention to details
  • Set up new accounts
  • Maintain margin goals and manage pricing for customers
  • Interact with existing and potential customers on the phone and email in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Investigate customer related complaints and work to resolve them as quickly as possible
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to propose and implement solutions to challenges and problems that will arise
  • Provide accurate reports
  • Perform other duties assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration is an advantage
  • 5-10 years of professional experience working in sales, marketing, or providing customer service support in the construction and real estate industry
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Communicate well both orally and in writing and demonstrate business and financial acumen in daily work
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
