Job Description

  • Leadership of the Service team
  • Ensure accurate, professional and timely documentation of service calls
  • Provide feedback to Sales and Marketing to report potential customer applications of products
  • Organise training for customers
  • Assist the customers via telephone with product information and problem solving
  • Work with direct sales personnel, sales management, sales representatives and Authorised Service Providers to achieve service goals and objectives
  • Ensure all Field Service Engineers have the appropriate equipment to support the product lines and that these assets are managed and maintained per quality procedures
  • Monitor key variables for services and take corrective action as necessary
  • Develop goals and objectives to improve any problem areas
  • Develop and maintain a level of knowledge of products and services, sufficient to support the service/ sales networks and customers for service and application issues and when required, sales-related issues
  • Other assigned tasks upon reasonable request by Manager

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • More than 6 years of technical Sales/ Service experience in process automation and in international company
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Decision making effectiveness
  • Self-disciplined, self-driven
  • Negotiation skills
  • Problem solving skill
  • Act with trust and integrity
  • Strong technical competencies
  • Network capabilities
  • Intercultural understanding
  • Good communication and presentation skills (both in English and Filipino)
  • Willingness to travel - domestic and overseas
