Tasks you will undertake:

  • Manage Salesforce program delivery to meet present and future business needs while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver optimal solutions aligned with Salesforce application and enhanced adoption of automated solutions.
  • Offer guidance on the appropriate components to be utilized - out-of-the-box, configured, customized to align with business objectives.
  • Provide insights into the Salesforce feature roadmap and suggest components that align with operational requirements.
  • Take hands-on responsibility for maintaining and implementing customer integrations.
  • Lead delivery teams in full Salesforce lifecycle implementations, focusing on client success while considering broader business and technology aspects.
  • Act as a go-to person to provide client solutions and set a high standard for business and digital transformations within the team.
  • Conduct quality reviews of implementations to ensure they meet our rigorous standards.
  • Lead end-to-end pre-sales project delivery activities.
  • Offer leadership and support to delivery teams across the SEA region.

  • A degree in a relevant technology, business, or marketing field. Extensive experience in selling and delivering Salesforce projects, preferably within specific industry verticals.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing Salesforce platforms in an enterprise or consulting setting.
  • 8 years of project delivery experience, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform and the ability to create industry-specific solutions.
  • Strong consulting or Salesforce technology implementation experience, along with excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • Experience in designing technology-enabled business solutions, client-facing roles, and team leadership positions.
  • Experience working in Agile teams on end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with leaders within and outside the organization for effective user experiences.
  • Willingness to go beyond current capabilities to find optimal solutions for the business and customers, showcasing drive, tenacity, and client focus.
  • Proven business acumen, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Understanding and willingness to embrace the consulting lifestyle, including the ability to travel locally and internationally for short-term and long-term projects.
