Our reputable client seeks a Program Manager with 3-5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide input to the Director on critical organizational decisions, including formulating annual work plans, operating plans, and budgets for the program department.
  • Assist, coordinate, and work closely with the Director to balance multiple projects and activities.
  • Develop effective and efficient program strategies to ensure timely and quality-oriented delivery of work plans and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency, credibility, quality, cost consciousness, and timely delivery of program activities.
  • Design and administer program review and monitoring tools and information systems to track progress, budget utilization, program impact, and outcome indicators.
  • Conduct periodic monitoring and reviews at field sites to ensure adherence to established processes, standards, and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit assessment/analytical reports to facilitate informed decision-making by management, recommending areas for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate learning and reflection sessions to use data for decision-making and program adaptations.
  • Identify, recruit, and train high-performance teams, fostering a value-driven culture within the organization.
  • Oversee adherence to health, safety, and security protocols for staff, volunteers, and beneficiaries.
  • Ensure quality and timely preparation of documents, including project proposals and periodic reports for the organization, donors, and government agencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and strong ethics with respect to all beneficiary information/data.
  • Comply with and ensure adherence to the organization's policies, safety and security protocols, and child safeguarding norms.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion, and respect all organizational constituents regardless of race, color, faith, gender, sexual orientation, age, caste, disabilities, experiences, beliefs, and ethnicity.
Key Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent in social sciences, social work, development studies, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience in coordinating and managing disaster relief and public health programs.
  • Knowledge and experience in program/project management, including monitoring and evaluation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with staff, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online reporting and database systems.
  • Commitment to learning, self-development, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Ability to adapt to and guide teams through change.
  • Promotes diversity and respects different cultures and beliefs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm work atmosphere.
  • Results and impact-oriented.

Travel Requirement:
  • Willingness to travel to assigned areas depending on the geographic spread.

Salary range: PHP 70, PHP 90,000.00 per month
