As a Program Management Officer within Product Management, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing cost-effective, scalable product initiatives that span multiple business and technical units. This multifaceted position encompasses product management, business relationship management, and leadership development.

Nature of Work

  • Project/Program Management: Lead activities from prototype to project completion. Coordinate tasks among teams and stakeholders, managing costs, time, and scope. Address risks promptly.
  • Product Development and Business Analysis: Align business needs with technical solutions. Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations for successful product delivery.
  • Project Delivery and Operations: Establish and manage day-to-day project tasks, including milestone tracking and coordination.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate with stakeholders for effective project planning and execution. Adapt to various scenarios to achieve project success.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide specialized knowledge to support project objectives.
  • Partner On-boarding and Management: Assist in on-boarding partners, managing relationships until full integration.

Required Qualification

Education

  • A bachelor's degree with a major in management, business, or a closely related field, with 3-5 years of work experience that includes managing communications, cost, staff, change, scope, and risk associated with project and program assignments
  • Credentials in PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM/CSP or SAFe would be advantageous

Experience

  • Bachelor or master's degree in a relevant field, with additional certifications or advanced degrees preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in program management or related
  • Experience with strategic planning, portfolio management and organizational change initiatives
  • Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in risk, stakeholder, financial and contract management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in program management tools and software, as well as advanced analytical skills for program measurement and reporting
  • Experience in Investment products/program is a plus
