Job Description

  • Collaborating with other business unit leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
  • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Provide expertise in leadership, directing the IT project management team as well as recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee the whole lifecycle of various IT projects from the initiation phase until implementation to ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality are met.
  • Lead efforts in change management related to IT programs ensuring effective communication, stakeholder management and adoptation of new technologies.
  • Provide new and improving policies and processes that meet the business' standards while ensuring the quality of the projects
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery, implementing proactive strategies to minimize disruptions.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT Program/Project Management (a background in Financial Services or Fintech is a big plus)
  • At least 3 years experience in a leadership position is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create and maintain relationships with stakeholders of different levels within the organization
  • Expertise or In-depth knowledge of different methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and ITIL.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) may be beneficial
