Appointment Setter with B2B sales

As a Telemarketer/ Appointment Setter (B2B) your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and set appointments with potential business clients through outbound calling campaigns.

You will engage prospects in meaningful conversations, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of our products or services.

Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills:
You should have exceptional verbal communication skills to engage prospects effectively and build rapport over the phone.

Sales Experience:
Prior experience in telemarketing or sales, especially in a B2B environment, is highly preferred.

Customer Focus:
Ability to understand customer needs, handle objections, and provide appropriate solutions or information.

Goal-Oriented:
A driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and appointment setting goals.

Organization and Follow-Up:
Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow-up activities, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Product/Service Knowledge:
Familiarity with the products or services being offered and the ability to effectively communicate their features and benefits.

Resilience:
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude to keep pushing for results.

Team Player:
Collaboration with sales teams, managers, and other departments to achieve overall business objectives.

Time Management:
Efficiently manage calling schedules and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.

Flexibility to adapt to changing strategies, market conditions, and customer requirements.
