Trade Marketing (Marketing & Communications)
Objective and Key Results (OKR) and KPIs'
- Brainstorm along with the top executives a yearly marketing roadmap
- Campaign promotions for Trades and Projects business units
- Align the budget and the proposed marketing programs
- Get approval from the top management for final marketing programs
- Ensure implementation of OKR and KPIs'.
Promotions / Campaigns
- Draft yearly or seasonal promotions for Trades and Project units.
- Set a meeting with Sales Directors of both business units to align promotions to their target market
- Approval and implementation of promotions with the president's go signal.
Event Management
- Based on OKR, facilitate payments to organizers and suppliers.
- Plan and request for allowances of manpower, consumables & supplies, fuel & parking, and buffer.
- Design and propose booth layout to the top management
- Liaise with operation dispatcher, sales managers, and marketing team.
- Create general briefing material and set meetings with attending managers and personnel.
- During the event proper, provide the marketing group especially the top management a daily update of leads generated.
- Liquidation of cash advances.
- Post-event report.
Social Media Management
- Liaise with the marketing or brand officer in regard to the social media calendar.
- Request monthly replenishment of FB boosting budget.
- Monitor and increase awareness of all social media platforms (e.g. FB, Instagram, TikTok, Website, etc.)
- Ensure quarterly replenishment of brochures to all warehouses.
- Monitoring of collateral deliveries and ensuring proper allocation of collaterals.
- Create allocation of year-end giveaways for our clients.
- Provide an adequate amount of marketing collaterals to all sales personnel.
Reporting
- Gather post-marketing activities to ASM pertaining to their sponsorships, pocket events, etc.
- Often updates of marketing budget reports.
- Quarterly reporting of achievement/performance.
- Year-end reporting of achievement/performance.
- Strategic planning every 1st month of the year.
People Management
- Create a monthly pipeline for the marketing department
- Monitor marketing deliverables based on OKR and KPIs.
- Plan, implement, and get it done as a team, not as an individual.
- Be a leader, not a Boss.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
- At least 7-year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Must have solid experience in the retail and wholesale industry.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Willing to work in Binondo, Manila.
