The client is a strong multinational company in transportation and shipping business. They are currently expanding and moving key finance operations in the Philippines.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Accounts Executive are:

  • Record receipt of invoices and credit notes and ensure all related services requested for the vessel have the corresponding invoices
  • Invoice and credit note verification
  • Data entry of vendor invoices and credit notes to Gatship and AX/Accounting System
  • Collation of all external and internal invoices
  • Submission of FDA to customers
  • AX journal manual entries
  • Coordination with operations team related to services requested and approval of vendor invoices

The Successful Applicant

The successful Accounts Executive is:

  • Fresh graduate of 4 years course related to Finance/Accounting
  • 1-2 years relevant experience is preferred in related fields
  • Basic knowledge on accounting principles and practices
