Shift: Night Shift, Mon - Fri 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Work set-up: Permanent WFH; Angeles City, Pampanga

Structural Integrity: Laying the Groundwork for Customer Excellence

Contact customers to discuss account-related issues, including submitted projects that require more information, payment-related errors, and product usage errors.Follow up with customers via chat or email to ensure timely resolution of issues.Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.Demonstrate empathy in all interactions, understanding customer concerns and providing solutions in a professional and supportive manner.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product and services to assist customers effectively.Document customer interactions and updates to ensure accurate records and follow-up.Strive to deliver world-class customer service, contributing to the overall positive experience that sets the company apart from competitors.The Foundation You Bring: Skills That Build SuccessStrong English speaking skills, as you will primarily be calling customers.Experience providing customer support via chat, email, and phone.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clarity and professionalism in all interactions.Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and guidance to continuously improve performance.Interest in growth opportunities, with potential to develop into a Customer Support Representative role over time.
