About the role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Growth team on a commission-based structure.

The primary function of this role will be to initiate first calls and make introductions with potential clients, with the objective of securing introductory meetings for product demos.

This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and driving our business growth.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Growth, this is a remote-based role. About you

  • Deliver compelling introductions of Urban CGI's services, emphasising the value and benefits of our CGI and visualisation solutionsoResearch prospects to personalise your communications
  • Schedule introductory meetings for potential clients with our sales team, ensuring a smooth hand-off for product demos
  • Maintain detailed Salesforce records of calls, including call outcomes, client feedback, and follow-up actions, in the CRM system
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to refine call scripts and approaches based on target market insights and campaign objectives
  • Stay informed about Urban CGI's services, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Achieve and exceed assigned targets for calls made, meetings scheduled, and other relevant performance metrics
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on potential client needs, market trends, and opportunities for improving our outreach strategiesSkills and Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication, verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong commitment to meeting targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in managing and tracking sales activities
  • Knowledge of the CGI, visualisation, or related industries is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentThis position offers a competitive commission-based structure with the potential for uncapped earnings based on performance.
