What you'll do

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating leads and creating opportunities for our Account Executives to close deals. You will focus on generating leads for our market intelligence platform, Link. Your role will be crucial in driving the growth of our business by identifying potential customers and setting the stage for successful sales engagements.

What You'll Do
  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile and are a good fit for our market intelligence platform, Link
  • Conduct initial outreach and discovery conversations to understand potential customers' needs and pain points
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives with qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead generation activities and prospect status in Hubspot
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide insights on lead status and potential opportunities
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to provide updates on lead generation activities and progress toward targets
  • Continuously learn about our market intelligence platform, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of lead generation strategies and tactics to optimize results
Who We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related field
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and lead generation tools
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn
  • Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective follow-up with prospects
  • Experience in the market intelligence, digital identity, fintech, or cybersecurity sectors is a plus
