Information Technology – Team Lead of Product Delivery for Retail BankingPassion for innovation to provide possibilities and enhance opportunities.

The Product Delivery for Retail Banking in our IT Group serves as a forefront delivery unit for core banking and enterprise applications. This group delivers solutions focused on digitization and modernization of key consumer banking processes and transactions.

As a Team Head of Product Delivery for Retail Banking, you will oversee the upkeep of the applications and platforms for core banking and enterprise applications and ensure high quality and timely delivery of these projects. You will orchestrate applicable processes across other teams as needed and manage all escalations and resolutions as needed.

The rank range for this role is Senior Manager to Senior Assistant Vice President.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure on-time and quality application delivery rendered by the team while enforcing compliance to IT SDLC and Governance structures.
  • Plan and manage resource deployment and capacity to each project to ensure proper support, validation of scope, requirements development, and delivery ownership.
  • Act as point of escalation for all delivery team heads and team members.
  • Ensure implementation of the proper support required for resolution of issues and risk management
  • Leadership Qualities:

Demonstrated ability in managing, mentoring, and capacity planning for medium-to-large-scale teams

  • Project Management Skills:

Proven ability to apply end-to-end project management and application delivery methodologies and to integrate business strategies and trends in technology to deliver value.

  • Stakeholder Management:

Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and build strong working relationships.

  • Analytical Skills:

Problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical skills, and flexibility to be able to handle multiple initiatives concurrently

  • Domain Knowledge in Financial Services:

Understanding of key processes, products, and tools used in Consumer Banking such as loans, credit cards, checks digitization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree graduate relevant to the job with at least 12 years of application delivery experience in the financial services industry and least 12 years of experience in managing complex projects involving the implementation of digital or online-transaction solution
  • Experience in handling vendor and third-party SI engagement
  • Experience working on front-end applications, such as mobile/digital banking android/ios applications that run financial transactions with 3rd party applications

Candidate must be willing to work in Makati.
