Job Description
The person we are searching for must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as support and service is at the very core of Euroland's offerings to clients.
You must be an experienced sales professional with a successful past in sales. Euroland's client base is stock listed companies globally and the person we are searching for will mainly work with stock listed companies in different countries.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication and confident presentation skills
- Understanding on how web and mobile application works
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong
- Having experience working as technical support representative to foreign clients is an advantage
Job Duties:
- Serve as point of contact in updating and technical issue
- Guide the client on navigating through the company's Content Management System
- Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions through coordination with other departments involved
- Facilitates orders once Sales closes the deal (delivery of product)
- Providing quality assurance of the end-products before they get delivered to a customer
- Testing Investor Relation tools and/ solutions once integrated to clients' websites
- Become updated on new company product updates and improvements
- Amenable to Mid-Shift
