We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Process Analyst to join our Data Science and Analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Compensation and Benefits

  • PHP 30, ,000 per month, commensurate with experience
  • Paid Time Off

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, workflows, and data requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows, standard operating procedures, and business rules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Utilize data analysis and visualization techniques to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure proper implementation and integration of process improvements.
  • Monitor and evaluate process performance, and make recommendations for further enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in business process analysis and optimization.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
  • Proficient in process mapping and modeling techniques.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Agile).
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be punctual or on time and adhere to the company's Time and Attendance policy.
  • Must be able to remain sitting for the majority of their shift.
