Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development (50%):


• Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the market.


• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive analysis.


• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers.


• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to generate new business

leads.


• Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals to meet client needs.


• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends.

Client Relationship Management:


• Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.


• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.


• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.

Strategic Planning and Execution:


• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.


• Work closely with the leadership team to define key growth initiatives and prioritize opportunities.


• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisionmaking.


• Continuously evaluate and optimize business development processes and strategies for maximum

effectiveness.

Networking and Industry Engagement:


• Represent Kantanna at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


• Build and maintain a strong professional network within the community.


• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.


• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with other organizations to drive mutual growth.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.


• Strong understanding of the market and competitive landscape.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.


• Self-motivated, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.


• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Willingness to travel as needed.
