Account & Relationship Management (Sales)

· Maximizing occupancies and product sales by closing appropriate contracts and effective and efficient account management

· Execute sales plan

· Acquire new local/regional accounts

· Create extensive database of (potential) clients

· Investigate alternative markets for the different hotels in different season and make an adequate plan

· Account management regarding existing clients with the aim to extend business and create future partnership based on account plans

· Be up to date relevant market developments

· Advise hotel and management on developments and opportunities within the market place

· Execute regular competition analysis regarding the target market

· Attend several business networking events

· Report activities and result on a monthly basis through the weekly sales report

· Develop and execute sales activities such as sales mission, client events and trade fairs

· Attends weekly general meetings.

· Prepares weekly and monthly sales reports.

· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Skills and Specifications:

· Strong verbal and written skills

· Proactive and flexible attitude in swiftly changing environment

· Good communicator; able to communicate on different levels

· Fluent in Tagalog and English

· Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines

· Advance computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet

· Ability and desire to sell

· Ability to think creatively and generate original ideas

· Excellent writing and presentation skills

· Attention to detail

· Ability to work independently but also as part of a team

· Self-motivation and adaptability

· Ability to work effectively under pressure, react quickly, and meet tight deadlines

· Determination, diplomacy, and excellent interpersonal skills

Education and Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in a reputable college/university; at least three years successful work experience in the hospitality industry, either in Sales or Operations of a hotel.

· 2-5 years of sales experience within the hospitality industry is an advantage

· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships

· Experienced in gathering user requirements and documentation of functional specifications

· Enthusiastic cando attitude, highly self-motivated result oriented, detail oriented and a well-developed sense of drive

Schedule:

Mondays to Fridays, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Hybrid Work Set up)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php 20,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
