Job Overview

The Operations & Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing logistics operations and order management. You are responsible for overseeing and optimizing the steps required including procurement, transportation, storage, and distribution. This role needs strong organizational skills, some Excel / analytical skills, good problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. They should also have a good understanding of supply chain processes and logistics management and be familiar with relevant software and technology.

Job Description

  • Responsible for cleaning customer addresses, a key component of the cutoff process
  • Responsible for data required for end-to-end order management process - from orders to label generation to tracking information
  • Documents and reports on any data or tech issues to the team
  • Make sure there are no issues with order processing and update stakeholders with any issues
  • Upload daily orders into Shipstation and provide 3PLs with the required data to fulfill orders
  • Proactive in documenting customer address edge cases, fine-tuning our address cleaning process and internal guidelines
  • Track customer boxes and ensure proper delivery to the customer and comms as needed
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Perform ad-hoc, once-off admin processes such as updating our customer databases and systems as needed
  • Support with 3-way matching of procurement invoices
  • Supporting our inbound supply chain operations to ensure our ingredients arrive in full and on time

Skills and Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years experience as a logistics coordinator or operations coordinator - directly tracking orders, shipments, and/or ingredients; coordinating with 3PLs; order fulfillment
  • Willing to work on night shift
  • Can report to our BGC, Taguig office when needed
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Should have some analytics background or experience
