We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee our telecommunications account. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the operations teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our telecommunications clients. If you are a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management and a passion for the telecommunications industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the telecommunications account.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for telecommunications clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, while maintaining high standards of service quality.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• Extensive experience in operations management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

• Strong understanding of telecommunications systems and technologies.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

• Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding client expectations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
