Job Description:

  • Integrate applications within the company system and external tools like email automation, CRM, customer service, and project management.
  • Manage website editing and publishing tasks.
  • Select and utilize apps to meet daily operational requirements.
  • Handle email setup, creation, and problem-solving.
  • Oversee the company's IT assets.
  • Act as the webmaster for the company's website.
  • Coordinate with different departments and clients regarding server requirements.
  • Support in overseeing communications with external services such as web development.
  • Generate monthly reports (SLA, server usage, costs, inventory, etc.) for review by the supervisor.
  • Carry out server maintenance, updates, and backups.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in managing Cpanel/WHM.
  • Experience in managing Domain DNS.
  • Familiarity with Outlook/Thunderbird or similar email clients.
  • Understanding of SSH.
  • Basic to intermediate troubleshooting skills in WordPress.
  • Preferably experienced with Zoho apps.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new platforms.

Additional Details:

  • Work Hours: 9 am - 6 pm / 10 am - 7 pm Manila Time.
  • Minimum required productive time: 5 hours per day.
  • Dependable internet and electricity connection is essential.
  • Must have a suitable home workstation with a headset, camera, and laptop.
