To support the multiple IT initiatives and reforms under the New Operating Model and the Digital Transformation Action Plan. Seeking a highly experienced Lead IT Trainer / Coach to be responsible for leading a team of IT trainers to design, develop, and deliver training in a blend of eLearning and instructor-led formats. Additionally, the incumbent will oversee the planning and execution of other required training, demo, briefing, coaching, and workshop sessions to the management as well as assist in monitoring resources and evaluating trainer performance and training effectiveness.

Periodical Performance Assessment and Feedback to team members

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
Strong understanding of IT initiatives, digital transformation, and change management principles.
In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs, web-based training development, and asynchronous learning content
Strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Problem-solving and root-cause identification skills
Familiarity with IT project management and change management methodologies and tools
