We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Customer Service Representative for our Trade Sales Section. This role involves actively managing and coordinating order fulfillment processes to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Transfer Orders:
Coordinate with branch office personnel, 3rd party truckers, or our own trucks and checkers in Cold Storage Warehouses (CSW). Ensure all necessary permits are complete and verify inventory availability for items ordered by branch offices.Assist in Order Management:
Receive orders from PSR (Presales Representative). Create sales orders in NetSuite. Monitor trade inventory periodically. Track deliveries of trade orders, ensuring all orders are fulfilled. Coordinate with 3rd party truckers for Manila orders if needed.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain roles. Proficiency in using NetSuite or similar ERP systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to think critically and solve problems proactively. Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to manage various tasks simultaneously. Willingness to work at the border of Taguig and Pasig or relocate to the area.Key Attributes:
Proactive Management: Actively manage situations and find solutions for arising issues by coordinating with internal and external parties, as well as clients. Control Tower Monitoring: Monitor order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of orders.
