The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient and effective HR services and operations. This role involves managing HR processes, policies, and programs, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, and leading a team of HR professionals. The HR Operations Manager will collaborate with other HR leaders and business partners to implement strategic initiatives that improve employee experience and organizational performance.

 

HR Operations Management:

Oversee the day-to-day HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, and employee records.Ensure HR services are delivered in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.

Policy and Compliance:

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.Conduct regular audits of HR processes and records to ensure compliance.

HRIS and Technology:

Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure data integrity and efficient workflow.Identify and implement HR technology solutions to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Employee Relations:

Handle employee relations issues, conducting investigations as necessary.Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Performance Management:

Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.Provide training and support to managers on performance management best practices.

Compensation and Benefits:

Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company strategy.Conduct regular market analysis to inform compensation strategies.

Talent Management:

Support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.Develop and implement employee training and development programs.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

Develop and track HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR performance.

Strategic Initiatives:

Collaborate with HR leadership and business partners to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and programs.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and HR technology.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.

This position operates in a professional office environment and will be working 100% onsite.The role may require occasional travel to company locations or professional events.
