Position Purpose: 

As an HR Service Desk Analyst at Afni, you play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive employee experience. You are the first point of contact for employees with HR-related concerns, providing front-line support and managing critical aspects of the employee life cycle. Your deep knowledge of Afni’s benefits, policies, and procedures allows you to deliver timely, consistent, and high-quality HR support. Additionally, you collaborate effectively with team members, evaluate employee needs, and escalate or redirect inquiries as necessary

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

HR Generalist Support: Act as an HR generalist, providing front-line support across all business units and geographies.Ticket Management: Handle HR tickets efficiently and assign them to the appropriate HR groups as needed.Performance Metrics: Contribute to improving key success metrics related to HR service delivery.First-Line Support: Be the initial point of contact for employees, addressing their HR inquiries promptly.Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues to the relevant HR team members for resolution.Collaboration: Work closely with other HR team members to develop and implement HR initiatives.Continuous Learning: Stay informed about HR best practices and industry trends.Knowledge Base Enhancement: Identify gaps in knowledge articles during chat/ticket processing and initiate or request the creation of relevant KB articles.

Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills): 

Strong knowledge of HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Amenable to report on a shifting schedule (70-80% night)Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Political Science, Psychology or equivalent.Required language: English.At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Highly customer-service oriented.Strong employee engagement skills.
